Job Description: Bench Sales Recruiter (Candidate Service Specialist)
Role Type: Service Provider / Candidate Advocate
Market Focus: United States (US Shift: 7 PM - 4 AM IST)
Work Mode: On-site (Bhubaneswar, Odisha)
Language Requirement: Native-level/Spoken & Written English (Mandatory)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly articulate and "customer-obsessed" Bench Sales Recruiter to act as a dedicated service provider for candidates in our career programs. In this role, you aren't just "filling a seat"—you are a personal job-search agent. You will manage the entire application journey for candidates across various industries, ensuring they receive a premium, high-satisfaction experience.
The most critical requirement for this role is the ability to communicate freely, confidently, and professionally in English. You will be the voice and the pen of the candidate; therefore, your command of the language must be flawless.
Key Responsibilities:
1. High-Touch Candidate Engagement:
· Ice-Breaking & Discovery: Conduct introductory calls to build rapport. You must be able to communicate freely and naturally to understand the candidate’s goals, industry preferences, and ideal roles.
· Active Screening: Analyze candidate profiles and interview them to extract key strengths that will make their applications stand out.
2. US Market Job Search & Strategy:
· Expert Sourcing: Proactively search for roles on major US portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, etc.).
· High-Volume Applications: Apply to a wide range of roles daily. You must be smart and trainable enough to quickly learn the terminology of new and contrasting industries (e.g., switching from Tech to Healthcare or Finance applications).
· Niche Exploration: Be willing to explore all possible job avenues to ensure the candidate gets the best possible service and maximum visibility.
3. Professional Communication (Candidate Representative):
· Email Proxy: Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the candidate to hiring managers and external recruiters.
· Daily Correspondence: Handle all personal and professional email communication with candidates, office colleagues, and hiring teams with 100% accuracy and a professional tone.
4. Service Delivery & Escalation Management:
· Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for candidate concerns. You must be able to resolve daily escalations by explaining complex procedures clearly in English, ensuring the candidate remains satisfied and informed.
· Process Education: Guide candidates through the US hiring lifecycle, helping them understand "the why" behind our strategies.
5. Tracking & Interview Support:
· Meticulous Documentation: Maintain detailed Excel sheets and trackers so candidates can see their progress in real-time.
· Interview Prep & Feedback: Send timely interview reminders and conduct post-interview "debrief" calls to gather feedback and refine the search strategy.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
· English Language Mastery (A Must):
· Spoken: Must be able to speak English fluently and without hesitation. You should be able to hold long, complex conversations and explain technical or procedural details clearly.
· Written: You must be able to draft emails that are grammatically perfect, persuasive, and professional.
· Industry Agility: Ability to quickly understand different job sectors. You must be curious and willing to learn about new roles outside of your comfort zone.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and navigating various US job boards.
