Marketing Executive

Aitis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote healthcare services, build strong relationships with doctors and institutions, and achieve assigned business targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Promote healthcare/diagnostic services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
• Generate new business leads and maintain existing client relationships
• Conduct regular field visits and marketing activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/collection targets as assigned by management
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements
• Prepare daily visit reports, lead status, and performance updates
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth service delivery
• Targets & Performance:Sales and revenue targets will be assigned
• Performance will be evaluated based on target achievement, client acquisition, and retention
• Incentives and growth opportunities linked to performance
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of healthcare/diagnostic marketing is an advantage
• Two-wheeler preferred for field work
