Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote and sell security solutions including CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, access control systems, and boom barriers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and market products such as CCTV surveillance systems, biometric devices, access control systems, and boom barriers
• Identify potential clients including businesses, institutions, residential complexes, and government organizations
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and digital channels
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical features to clients
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the technical team for installation and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in security systems or electronics)
• Good knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, access control, and related technologies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
• Willingness to travel for field work
• Preferred SkillsTechnical understanding of surveillance and security systems
• Experience in B2B sales
• Customer handling and relationship management
