Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to drive offline brand awareness and lead generation for Niocraaft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage small promotional stalls at high footfall locations
• Visit salons, pharmacies, and local businesses for brand promotion
• Execute poster sticking and offline marketing activities
• Plan and implement local area marketing strategies
• Generate leads and convert walk-in inquiries
• Build strong relationships with local partners and vendors

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Ability to plan and execute field marketing activities independently
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
