Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and multi-channel strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from initial ideation and creative direction to final delivery across digital and traditional media.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor marketing staff, including specialists in SEO, content, and social media, while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Budget Oversight: Allocate and monitor marketing budgets on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Analysis: Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report results to senior leadership.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and customer insight studies to identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies based on evolving trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Brand Integrity: Establish and maintain company-wide brand guidelines, ensuring all messaging remains consistent across every public-facing touchpoint.
