We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Executive to promote our coaching institute and build strong relationships with schools, teachers, and coaching centers across Bhubaneswar. The role involves field visits, data collection, calling activities, and supporting admission-related operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Visit schools, teachers, private tutors, and coaching institutes to build partnerships and collect student leads.

Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure continuous referrals for XI, XII, NEET, and JEE programs.

Conduct follow-up calls with parents, teachers, and leads to explain courses, admission process, and benefits.

Support admission counselling and coordinate with the academic/admission team.

Maintain proper records of visits, leads, and communication.

Handle basic office/admin tasks whenever required.

Promote brand awareness in nearby areas through field marketing activities.

🔹 Requirements

Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate (preferred).

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field visits and relationship-building.

Knowledge of Bhubaneswar local areas is an advantage.

Own two-wheeler is preferred (travel allowance provided).

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling apps, data entry).
