With a focus on efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making, we are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage and analyze data related to production, inventory, sales, procurement, and other key areas of operations.

Role OverviewThe MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining databases, preparing regular reports, analyzing operational data, and supporting management with actionable insights. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-versed in Excel and reporting tools, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily production, procurement, dispatch, and stock data
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams to collect and verify data
• Analyze trends and highlight anomalies or issues for timely action
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems
• Create dashboards and summary sheets to support business decisions
• Assist in audits and documentation as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an MIS/Data Management role (manufacturing/agro-sector preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP software or Tally is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
