MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain data systems and reports. The candidate will be responsible for generating timely reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze data and present insights to management
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports
• Maintain databases and update records regularly
• Create dashboards, charts, and presentations (Excel/BI tools)
• Coordinate with different teams for data requirements
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and suggest improvements
• Automate reports where possible to improve efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of SQL / databases (preferred)
• Familiarity with MIS reporting tools / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau is a plus)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills
