Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Experience with Entity Framework (Code First/Database First).

Strong SQL skills with SQL Server or any RDBMS.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or jQuery).

Experience in version control tools like Git or Azure DevOps.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in microservices or containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).

Working knowledge of unit testing and mocking frameworks (e.g., xUnit, Moq).

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
