Key Responsibilities:-



Office Operations: Supervising administrative staff, delegating tasks, and coordinating office activities, including front-desk services, mail, and logistics.


Procedural Improvements: Reviewing and developing policies to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.


Budgeting & Inventory: Monitoring office expenses, managing budgets, and overseeing inventory of office supplies.


Facility Management: Managing office maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor relationships.


Compliance & Records: Maintaining accurate company records, filing systems, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.


Coordination: Organizing events, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
