JMG Automobiles is a leading two-wheeler dealership in Bhubaneswar ,Cuttack,Kendrapar and Nayagarh, Odisha. We proudly hold the dealership for Ather and Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer. With a rich legacy of 25 years, we have established ourselves as a trusted destination for a diverse range of Hero motorcycles and scooters, serving over 150,000 satisfied customers. JMG Automobiles are hiring an Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations across our dealership network. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, good in MS Excel, and willing to take responsibility in different operational areas such as coordination, reporting, customer handling, and branch support.

This role offers strong learning and growth opportunities in dealership operations.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and maintain Excel-based data sheets

• Support branch operations (sales, service & admin tasks as needed)

• Coordinate with different departments and follow up on assigned tasks

• Assist in customer handling, documentation, and process execution

• Maintain records, files, and operational checklists

• Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and timely completion of tasks

• Support senior managers in audits and operational reviews

• Be flexible to take on different roles as required
