Job Description

2050 Healthcare is looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day operations of our homecare services in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will coordinate between patients, caregivers, nurses, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily homecare operations including caregiver/nurse deployment
• Act as a point of contact between patients, families, and care staff
• Schedule shifts and manage attendance of caregivers and nurses
• Handle service requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to company standards
• Support onboarding and basic training coordination of care staff
• Assist with inventory and basic operational requirements
