Optical Sales Executive

·       Promote and sell optical products including frames, lenses, and accessories to achieve assigned sales targets.

·       Assist customers in selecting suitable optical products based on prescriptions and individual needs.

·       Conduct field marketing visits to clinics, hospitals, schools, and corporate clients to generate leads and referrals.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, doctors, and optometrists for repeat business.

·       Handle billing, order processing, lens fitting coordination, and timely product delivery.

·       Address customer complaints, after-sales service, replacements, and warranty claims professionally.

·       Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and submit daily/weekly performance reports.

·       Follow company SOPs, ethical sales practices, and contribute to team and business growth.
