Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing solutions for both remote and onsite support, and ensuring that configured services operate smoothly across various platforms. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, focusing on hardware and software support while implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. Your role will also include basic and intermediate level troubleshooting, ensuring that all systems function optimally and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Goverance, Global Help Desk Support, JSOX Audit - Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools. - Experience with ticketing systems and service level agreements. - Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively. - Familiarity with network protocols and server management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Goverance, Global Help Desk Support, JSOX Audit - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
