Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application management, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and meet user requirements effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
