Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic pre-sales executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead follow-up, client communication, appointment scheduling, and maintaining customer records. Female candidates are preferred, and having a two-wheeler is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Follow-Up

 Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in company projects.  Use approved scripts and talking points to explain property features and benefits.  Follow up on existing leads to improve conversion rates.  Provide accurate details about projects, pricing, location, amenities, and offers.  Respond to client queries professionally and courteously.  Build trust and maintain positive client relationships.

2. Appointment Setting:-

 Schedule site visits and meetings with the sales team.

 Coordinate with sales executives for smooth handover of qualified leads.

 Ensure timely follow-up before and after appointments.

3. Database Management & Reporting :-

Maintain and update client data, call details, customer preferences, and feedback in the system.

 Prepare regular reports on call activities and lead conversions.

 Share performance updates with the concerned reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates preferred

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

Experience: Freshers can apply (experience preferred in the real estate sector).

Language Skills: Good communication in Odia, Hindi, and English (preferred)

Vehicle: Two-wheeler (Preferred)
