Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Engagement: Manage and nurture incoming leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead details and follow-up status.
• Coordination with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to schedule site visits and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Customer Interaction & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, providing detailed project information.
• Reporting & Sales Targets: Track sales activities, meet performance targets, and provide regular updates to management.
