💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a Presentation Specialist to create high-quality PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents for global clients. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver error-free work within timelines.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Create and format PowerPoint presentations, Word, and Excel documents

Design presentation templates from scratch

Convert handwritten, scanned, or PDF content into professional slides

Ensure all documents follow client branding and standards

Deliver projects independently with minimal supervision

Maintain high accuracy and quality in all deliverables

✅ Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills (English – written & verbal)

Time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Willingness to work in a team and adapt to changes

➕ Good to Have

Knowledge of tools like CorelDraw or InDesign

Typing speed of 30 WPM or above

🕐 Shift Details

24×7 work environment

Rotational shifts:

7 AM – 4 PM

1 PM – 10 PM

7 PM – 4 AM

10:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Weekend shifts may be required
