Program Coordinator

We are recruiting for the post of program coordinator for a charitable trust.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan, implement, and monitor multi-sector programmes• Lead field teams and ensure effective grassroots execution• Coordinate with stakeholders, communities, and partners• Prepare reports, documentation, and impact assessments• Support fundraising and donor engagement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in NGO / development sector✔ Strong communication and leadership skills✔ Experience in fundraising / donor coordination preferred✔ Good social media and computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting, documentation)✔ Willingness to work in rural/interior Odisha
