Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead and manage project teams effectively. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of service level agreement management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
