Must have skills: Certified in MAC iOS with minimum 8+ year(s) of experience is required. Technical Experience: • Mandatory working experience in MDM (Mobile Device management) Intune and JAMF for MAC OS support. • Ensure MAC user's issue resolution satisfaction and above all is able to identify and resolve the iOS level issues. • Install, configure, and support hardware and software on MacOS device. • Experienced in managing MacOS data backup, File transfer and Mail Backup • Experienced in iOS Application installation/management and Application Deployment. • Must have an experience in Mac Systems format, new installation, user profile configuration, VPN setup knowledge. • Experienced in EDR Antivirus uninstallation/installation configuration on MacBooks. • Working knowledge on issues queries like : Admin account password reset, Enable root user, Office 365 issues local account creation. • Able to maintain the OS level patching. Experience on JAMF • Understanding on how to enroll new user through Intune in MAC • Day to day challenges while providing support to Mac Devices • How to disable Bluetooth through Command • Knowledge on Terminal and Firewall. Additional Information: • Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization. • Flexible to work in 24/7 shift. • Bachelor's degree with strong educational background in computer science or a related field. • Equivalent ITIL V3 Certified, MAC iOS certified. • Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback.
