Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through collaborative planning and integration within a multi-disciplinary team. Your typical day will involve engaging in continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, while also creating automation strategies and automated scripts. You will support data and environment configuration, participate in code reviews, and monitor and report defects to enhance the end-to-end testing process, ultimately driving quality across the application lifecycle.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues throughout the application lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Strategy & Planning.
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
