Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads for property sales, rentals, and plot deals.
• Meet clients to understand requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Conduct property site visits and presentations.
• Go on field visits to collect new property inventories (residential, commercial, and plots) from owners and developers.
• Negotiate and close deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain and update client and property databases (CRM).
• Follow up with clients and ensure post-sale/rental satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• List properties on real estate portals and social media platforms.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and digital content.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and channel partners.
• Stay updated on current market prices, trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports for management.
• Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with property laws and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
