Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and manage high-quality leads.

• Maintain and update the client database systematically.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
• Conduct property presentations and explain project features effectively.
• Handle client queries and provide professional assistance throughout the buying process.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing and telecalling teams for better lead conversion.
• Take ownership and show leadership in managing telecaller teams to achieve collective goals

Skills & Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Direct Sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship and follow-up ability.
• Comfortable in handling calls, client meetings, and site visits.
• Goal-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Leadership qualities to guide and motivate telecaller or junior sales team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data management.
