We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate sales.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of potential buyers.

2. Client Handling

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Conduct property site visits and explain project details clearly.

3. Sales Management

  • Present, promote, and sell real estate properties to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow up until deal closure.

4. Market Research

  • Stay updated about competing projects, pricing, and market trends.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under target-driven environments.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online property platforms.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
