Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of potential buyers.
2. Client Handling
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project details clearly.
3. Sales Management
- Present, promote, and sell real estate properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow up until deal closure.
4. Market Research
- Stay updated about competing projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the management team.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers.
- Provide excellent after-sales support.
Required Qualifications
================
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online property platforms.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
