Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with potential buyers through calls, messages, and meetings.
• Conduct site visits and explain project details, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
• Assist customers through the entire booking and documentation process.
• Coordinate with the sales manager, marketing team, and CRM for smooth operations.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
