Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Manager have to lead a team of sales executives to drive property sales for residential or commercial projects. The role is high-pressure and target-driven, requiring deep local market knowledge, particularly in growing hubs like BhubaneswarCuttack, and Puri

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Training: Manage a team of 5–10 sales executives, providing coaching on prospecting, site visits, and closing techniques.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tactical plans to hit monthly and quarterly booking targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate investors.
  • Channel Partner Management: Identify and onboard external brokers and channel partners to expand sales reach.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, new project launches, and regulatory shifts in Odisha's real estate sector.
  • Operations & Compliance: Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to final documentation, ensuring compliance with RERA and other local property laws.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance metrics, and MIS reports to senior management. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred for managerial roles.
  • Experience: Typically 3–5+ years in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in OdiaHindi, and English is essential for interacting with local buyers and national investors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software , MS Office (Advanced Excel), and digital lead management.
