Job OverviewWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented female Gym Receptionist for our Bhubaneswar branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day front-desk operations, assisting gym members, and promoting and selling gym products and services to customers.

• Key Responsibilities , Welcome and assist gym members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle all front-desk operations, including registration, membership renewals, and billing.
• Provide information about gym facilities, services, and promotions.
• Promote and sell gym products, supplements, and services to members.
• Maintain records of members, attendance, and payments.
• Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and lobby area.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
• Requirements-: Female candidate preferred.
