Receptionist / Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at ZenLife Healthcare. The role involves managing patient interactions, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations while maintaining a courteous and professional environment.

1. Key Responsibilities Patient Handling & Reception

• Greet patients and visitors politely and assist them with inquiries.
• Manage patient registration and update patient records accurately.
• Guide patients regarding tests, procedures, and reports.

1. Appointment & Call Management
2. 
   

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Attend incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and management.

1. Billing & Documentation
2. 
   

• Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Handle basic insurance/TPA-related documentation if applicable.
• Maintain daily cash and billing records.

1. Reports & Data Management
2. 
   

• Update patient details in the system/software.
• Maintain front office registers and MIS reports.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient data.

1. Coordination & Support
2. 
   

• Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, and clinical staff.
• Assist in smooth patient flow and reduce waiting time.
• Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.
