Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Executive

Company: My Nest Assets Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Chandrasekharpur, BBSR

Experience: 1 - 3 years (preferred)

Job Summary:

The Receptionist cum Admin Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will also support administrative and office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.

Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them to the concerned department.

Maintain visitor entry register and appointment schedules.

Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Administrative Support:

Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements.

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and vendors for office maintenance.

Assist in documentation, filing, and record keeping.

Handle courier, dispatch, and official correspondence.

Coordination & Support:

Support HR in attendance tracking, employee records, and onboarding formalities.

Assist in meeting arrangements and conference room scheduling.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office communication.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare basic reports related to office administration as required.

Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.


Skills & Competencies:

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Odia)

Pleasing personality and professional attitude

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, print)

Multitasking and time management skills

Polite, organized, and responsible nature



Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in real estate or corporate front office preferred

Female candidates preferred

Presentable and customer-friendly
