Job Description
Debt recovery tele callers make outbound calls to recover overdue payments from debtors for banks. Negotiate repayment plans and meet recovery targets while following RBI rules.
- Core Duties
- Call debtors to discuss dues and set payment plans.
- Resolve queries and escalate tough cases.
- Track progress to hit daily goals.
- Negotiation skills and basic computer knowledge
