Job Description
Team Coordination: Assist in managing a team of insurance agents or support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely task completion.
Customer Support: Guide team members in handling client queries, claims, and policy-related services to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements for efficiency and service quality.
Training & Compliance: Help onboard new team members and ensure all work complies with company policies and insurance regulations.
