Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
Administrative Support: Posting job ads on job boards/careers pages and maintaining the ATS.
Interview Coordination: Managing hiring manager diaries, scheduling, and coordinating phone/video/face-to-face interviews.
Candidate Management: Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, providing updates, and organizing interview feedback.
Pre-employment Checks: Processing background checks, reference requests, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Onboarding Support: Assisting with offer letters, contracts, and new-hire paperwork.
Reporting: Maintaining recruitment trackers, databases, and preparing reports for the HR team
