Job Description
Core responsibilities
Candidate sourcing: Attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, candidate databases, and professional networks. This also includes "headhunting" for specific roles.
Candidate screening: Review resumes and cover letters, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to create a shortlist of qualified individuals to present to the client.
Interview coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients.
Offer negotiation: Facilitate discussions regarding salary, benefits, and other employment terms between the client and the selected candidate.
Process management: Guide both the client and candidate through the entire hiring process, from initial contact to the final job offer and start date.
