Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Candidate :-
Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of recruiters and coordinators.
Strategy Development: Creating sourcing strategies, defining hiring plans, and using data to optimize the process.
Stakeholder Management: Partnering with department heads to understand hiring requirements and anticipate future needs.
Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive, professional experience for candidates from initial sourcing to onboarding.
Metrics & Compliance: Tracking recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and ensuring legal compliance in hiring.
Sourcing & Selection: Utilizing job boards, social media, and networking to identify talent and conducting interviews for top-level roles.
