Recruitment Manager

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and assess candidates.

Candidate Management: Maintain communication, ensure a positive experience, and manage offers.

System Management: Update and manage data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Reporting: Track metrics like time-to-hire and source-of-hire.
