Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategy Development: Creating and implementing sourcing strategies, including job advertising and employer branding, to attract quality candidates.
Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of the recruitment team.
Hiring Process Management: Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, from screening and interviewing to selection and offering.
Metrics & Analysis: Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with department heads to forecast future hiring needs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
