As the Regional Manager-Customer 360, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing customer-centric initiatives. Your primary focus will be to drive the bank's customer engagement and satisfaction by developing and executing innovative strategies.   • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of customer experience specialists.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies in all customer-facing activities.
  • Implement effective customer feedback loops and utilize insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance customer value.
  • Oversee and optimize customer journey maps to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the banking industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and analytics software.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
