Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our Shuttering Plywood business in Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributors & dealers, and leading a field sales team across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers & channel partners.
• Handle key accounts, major builders, contractors & infrastructure projects.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Travel extensively across Odisha for market development.
