Relationship Manager - Affluent-AFFLUENT-Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager for the Affluent segment, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families. Your primary goal is to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide customized solutions to meet their unique requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, offering a personalized and exclusive banking experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust portfolio of affluent clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and provide tailored investment, wealth management, and banking solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to offer relevant and timely advice.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services, including deposits, loans, insurance, and investment options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client queries.
  • Attend networking events, seminars, and client meetings to expand your network and enhance client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable client experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or private banking, preferably with an affluent client base.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management strategies, and banking services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including occasional weekends, as needed.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
