🎯 Role Objective

Drive sales closures by managing end-to-end customer engagement—from lead qualification to site visits and final booking—while maintaining a strong conversion pipeline.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound leads for the Srikhetra project
• Qualify prospects and assess buying intent
• Schedule, coordinate, and accompany site visits
• Deliver project presentations and explain offerings clearly
• Negotiate deals and close bookings within timelines
• Conduct post-visit follow-ups to improve conversion rates
• Maintain and track lead pipeline in CRM
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) for smooth closures

📊 Key Requirements

• 4–5 years of real estate sales experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven track record in lead conversion and deal closure
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
