We are hiring experienced candidates for the Team Leader role in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, driving LAP business, supporting field sales activities, and ensuring achievement of branch business targets.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–4 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage Loans / Financial Sales

• Experience in handling and managing a sales team

• Strong knowledge of field sales and customer acquisition

• Minimum CIBIL score: 650 (Mandatory)

• Age Limit: 18–35 years

💰 Compensation:

• Salary: Based on previous CTC (Up to ₹4 LPA)

• Attractive performance-based incentives

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
