Role PurposeThe Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound communication, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients without direct field visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
• Prepare and share sales quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM or registers
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and service teams for smooth order execution
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
• Support promotional activities, offers, and campaigns

Products HandledACs, Refrigerators, TVs, Chimneys, Cooktops, Fans, Irons, Laptops, Lights, Wires, Switches, and other electronic and electrical products.

• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical products
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle objections and close sales
• Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and billing software
• Good follow-up and time management skills
• QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in inside sales / tele-sales is an advantage
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
• Working ConditionsOffice-based role
• Fixed working hours as per company policy
