Driving a culture of safety across the organization

• Odisha Fire License / Fire safety Certificate (Mandatory)
•  Ensuring compliance with statutory and ISO safety standards
•  Conducting regular safety audits and training programs
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, incidents, and safety meetings
• Conduct daily tool box talk. Check of PPE such as safety shoes, safety Helmet, Goggles and Gloves, safety Harness.
• Permit to work system(PTW). Awareness training for all activities. Daily site observation and record maintenance. Tools and tackles and inspection.
• Ensure effective implementation of the permit to work system. To ensure workers do not perform any unsafe act in the workplace & use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Collaborating with operations, HR

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma in Fire and Safety Management / Degree in Fire and Safety Management from recognized institutes from Odisha.
