Job Description
- 1️⃣ Sales & Customer ExperienceWelcome customers warmly and understand their requirements
- Educate customers about Odisha handlooms and Pattachitra art
- Explain fabric differences (Silk, Cotton, Semi-silk, Mulberry Silk)
- Recommend products based on occasion, budget, and preference
- Cross-sell matching blouses, dupattas, handicrafts, or gift items
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- 2️⃣ Product KnowledgeUnderstand details of:
- Sambalpuri Silk
- Bomkai
- Berhampuri
- Khandua
- Pattachitra crafts
- Explain weaving process, motifs, and authenticity (Handloom Mark, Silk Mark)
- Stay updated on new launches and collections
- 3️⃣ Store OperationsMaintain visual merchandising standards
- Keep products neatly folded and displayed
- Handle billing and POS system
- Maintain stock register and inventory tracking
- Ensure store cleanliness and premium presentation
- 4️⃣ Customer Relationship BuildingMaintain customer database
- Encourage repeat purchases
- Collect customer feedback
- Assist with WhatsApp / Instagram inquiries
- 🎓 QualificationsMinimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (preferably sarees, apparel, or luxury retail)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- 🧠 Skills RequiredStrong communication skills (Odia + Hindi + Basic English)
