Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Compensation Structure: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Fuel Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company real estate / construction projects
• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and marketing activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Conduct property presentations and follow up with prospective customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closures
• Support marketing campaigns, site promotions, and events
• Key Requirements:2–5 years of experience in sales & marketing
• Experience in Real Estate / Civil Construction industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Immediate joiners preferred
