Job Description

The Business Development Manager sales will be responsible for overall business leadership, strategic planning, team supervision, sales growth, and operational execution across the organization. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and plays an important part in the company’s success.


  • Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all branch and team operations including sales, client servicing, and field execution
  • Develop business strategies to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve targets
  • Set monthly goals for the sales and marketing teams and monitor their performance
  • Conduct high-level client meetings and support in closing key deals
  • Ensure all transactions, site visits, documentation, and client interactions run smoothly
  • Guide, train, and evaluate performance of department heads and team members
  • Handle internal coordination and inter-departmental workflow management
  • Maintain relationships with key architect , interior designer and clients.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business operations
  • Proven track record of leadership and target achievement
  • Strong team management, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English
  • Ability to lead from the front, motivate teams, and manage high-pressure environments
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Management, or relevant field.
