Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell fire safety products and services including fire extinguisher refilling, fire protection systems, AMC contracts, hydrant and sprinkler systems, and industrial safety solutions to industries, builders, commercial establishments, and institutions.

The role requires a technical understanding of fire safety systems along with strong B2B sales capability to develop new clients and manage long-term service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach industrial clients, factories, hotels, hospitals, builders, and institutions.

Generate leads and convert them into AMC contracts, fire system installations, and extinguisher refilling services.

Conduct site visits, basic technical assessments, and client meetings.

Explain and promote OFSMC fire safety systems and RefillMyExtinguisher services.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with potential clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key industrial clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and service delivery.

Required Skills

Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of fire safety systems, extinguishers, hydrants, or industrial safety equipment

Ability to conduct client presentations and site discussions

Self-driven and target-oriented

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety, or related field

Experience in industrial sales, fire safety, MEP, or safety equipment sales preferred

Experience

1–5 years in industrial sales or technical sales

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives + Travel Allowance
