Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loan Department

Location: Bhubaneswar

Department: Personal Loans

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and references.
• Explain personal loan products and eligibility to customers.
• Collect required documents and coordinate for login & approval.
• Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure quality sourcing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement.
• Maintain daily MIS and update report to manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales (NBFC/Banks preferred).
• Good communication & basic computer knowledge.
• Strong convincing power and field readiness.
