About the Role

ML ROY is expanding, and we are looking for three driven and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our new Bhubaneswar branch. We specialize in premium bathroom fittings, tiles, and allied sanitary ware. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our expansion, driving revenue and building relationships with clients by representing industry-leading brands like Kohler and Toto.

Key Responsibilities

 * Drive Sales: Actively engage with walk-in clients, contractors, and architects to understand their needs and guide them toward the right sanitary ware and tile solutions.

 * Meet Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Bhubaneswar branch.

 * Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our premium inventory to confidently pitch products and explain technical specifications to customers.

 * Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with local builders, interior designers, and retail customers.

 * Order Management: Process sales orders accurately, handle negotiations, and ensure a seamless customer experience from selection to delivery.

Requirements

 * Proven experience in sales (experience in building materials, tiles, or sanitary ware is a strong advantage).

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 * Strong ability to negotiate, close deals, and handle client objections.

 * A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a hunger to maximize incentive earnings.

 * Strong knowledge of the Bhubaneswar local market.

Compensation & Benefits

 * Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

 * Performance Incentives: Highly competitive, un-capped incentive structure based on sales milestones. The more you sell, the more you earn.
